Emily Nilson represented CEU and the ISEPEI Project at the 6th Annual UN-SPIDER Regional Support Office (RSO) Meeting in Vienna, Austria 5-6 February 2015. UN-SPIDER is the "United Nations Platform for Space-based Information for Disaster Management and Emergency Response", a part of the United Nations Office for Outer Space Affairs (UNOOSA), headquartered in Vienna.
Two workshops are being run under ISEPEI in July 2015: 1) ICTs for Water Security, and 2) Innovations in Disaster Risk Management. Lorant Czaran of UNOOSA is among the faculty for both workshops.
