The talk covers the most recent developments in Esri ArcGIS software, from traditional GIS to smaller, more focused geo-applications for creating, sharing and analyzing geodata across multiple platforms. ArcGIS is a complete system for designing and managing solutions through application of geographic knowledge. It enables you to
perform deep analysis, gain a greater understanding of your data, and make more informed high-level decisions.

Dr.Gould will also announce a call for young programmers to join a new program with privileged access to Esri development tools.
