Viktor Lagutov Gives Environmental Activism Lecture at SPP's Global Policy Academy

Environmental activists from Belarus and Moldova came together for a 2-day workshop organized by CEU and the Regional Environmental Center for Central and Eastern Europe (REC), as part of the Government of Sweden's SECTOR project. Viktor Lagutov gave lectures to the participants about issues and innovations in environmental activism today, as well as how various information and communication technologies (ICTs) can be used in an activism context.
